Excellent location. Current administrator of building is very kind. Big beautiful living room with excellent light (south-facing windows). Super affordable!
Exposed electrical sockets and clearly old and bad wiring (the power gets overloaded often in summer). Had a roach infestation one year that the landlord did not respond about.
