Pros:
The apartments are big , the control of people is good no one stands in front of the building. The building is clean but unfortunately living sometimes pest can be an issue depending on the apartment you live in.
Cons:
Unfortunately in my circumstances the neighbors above and to the side of us are horrific. We have had so many issues with water damage, broken floors , unresponsive superior. We have had to call the city aka 311 to get our demands answered . I’ve had 100’s of dollars in damage due to water . The floors are very old schooled which isn’t appealing.
Advice to owner:
Your super needs to learn to actually come when asked. Outdated accessories and nice up to code apartments.
