Fantastic building in a lovely neighborhood
Pros
Perfectly sized building with an incredible rooftop. Love the neighborhood. The super is very responsive and a genuinely nice person.
Cons
When they switch the HVAC from cool to heat in the fall there are a few weeks where I wish the AC was still working. Not a big deal, but I have to break out the fan for those weeks. Old management company was not responsive (although the super was). New management seems much better!
Advice to the owners
Keep it up!
