Good if you love to wake up to a yapping dog

Nice backyard laundry in bldg near grocery stores spacious unit

extremely thin walls loud dog on fl 2

Advice to the owners

insulate walls for noise privacy. We can hear the other floors conversations word for word and even when they sneeze.

Huge pest problems in summer - ants, gnats, cockroaches. Landlord sprayed for ants once and never came back
