Decent building but expensive

Pros:
Nice rooftop. Gym included. Great location right on the L and G, giving easy access to much of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and bars, and access to great parks/walking areas. A package room is nice, although I have had a couple of stolen packages that were dropped off in the vestibule before entering the building.
Cons:
Management's responsiveness wasn't ideal. The building works solely on a digital ticket system, meaning emergencies might not be seen or responded to for quite some time. It wouldn't be a big problem if the building weren't so expensive. Lived here for almost 3 years and only saw a mouse once.
Advice to owner:
Abandon the tenant app and hire someone to live in as a full-time super.

I actually really like the management here- they are really kind and helpful

We did have a mouse one time but it has not come back

Advice to owner:
Please stop trying to manage the building and hire a proper company, start treating your tenants respectfully and please remedy all the issues in the building.

Good building, terrible management

Pros:
Location is great. Apartments are big and relatively updated.
Cons:
Management company was incredibly difficult to work with and tried to increase rent at every opportunity.
Advice to owner:
Have management be more responsive to tenants.
