Gerry the super is great and super attentive!

Cons

- In Unit never works - a few roach sightings - they don’t let new people join you on the lease if your roommate moves out and you want a friend to take their place they won’t allow it (unless you are the only person on the lease) - Christmas decorations up all year lol

Overall Good Building

Pros

The super is the best you’ll ever have! Gerry is so sweet and actually lives IN the building. Overall, well maintained building, I only had minor maintenance issues while living here. Great location, close to the Q and M15 buses and Trader Joe’s. There’s a coffee shop below the building which is so lovely to have.

Cons

The radiator was out of control. I had to leave my windows open all winter with fans in every room it was SO hot in the apartment. I recommend leaving your AC in all winter. The noise level. If you’re street facing, you get all the traffic noise of 66th and 1st Ave. Lots of honking and sirens not to mention multiple garbage trucks throughout the late night/early morning. Roaches - I started to see baby roaches around spring/early summer in my apartment and I immediately started taking my trash out every night. This seemed to keep them at bay but if you’re not careful, it could get out of hand. Rent increase. Management increased my rent by $300 by the time my lease was up.

Advice to the owners

Fix the radiators!
