Great place to live, could use some updating

Pros:
very responsive property managers, renovated apartment
Cons:
only 2 washers and dryers, lobby could use updating, advertise courtyard but not useable

Pros:
No murray hill bros. Apts are small and expensive but quiet and amazing location.
Cons:
Small. Clean but on the older side for elevator buildings.
