Good building and well maintained. Maintenance is always pretty quick

Nice place to live, be careful of mice
Pros
Gym, laundry in building. Doormen are really great. Overall enjoyed my time here.
Cons
Mice can easily get anywhere in the building due to the pipes. We had mice and so did a friend in the same building. However, this wasn’t so much of a problem after we cleared out a certain cabinet that the mouse was eating from.
