They keep the grounds filthy and don't clean the building. The tenants do 95% of the cleaning. The management company and the owner(s) could care less about this property or its tenants.
Advice to the owners
If you're not gonna maintain the building and their grounds just sell it. You need to speak with the tenants directly and maybe come and inspect for yourself .

Cons
It's nearly impossible to reach anyone at the rental office by phone, and when you do, they are impolite and unhelpful. The building superintendent shows little concern for the property, neglecting regular cleaning and maintenance, resulting in a lack of cleanliness both within and around the building. The porters and superintendent seem to lack the necessary expertise to effectively address maintenance issues, often resulting in their attempted fixes leading to further breakdowns.
Advice to the owners
I suggest that the property owner prioritize better treatment of the tenants. Encourage the porters to demonstrate a stronger sense of community by treating the property as if they themselves lived there. Additionally, consider implementing security cameras and ensuring that the staff are adequately motivated and not overburdened with work.
