Great Spot, Some Bugs & Mice, Nice Super

Pros

The building has a great super who is generally proactive. The space in the apartment is really big for the price, and it’s enough to have two offices in the living room. It’s also pet friendly, so we see many pets around. It gets good sunlight as well.

Cons

We have had a problem with some mice in our apartment, which was taken care of in about a month, but that was not great. There are roaches that pop up every once in a while.

Pros

Great Neighbours, Lovely Neighbourhood, good Apartment size.

Cons

Unresponsive Management, cold winters, hot water on and off, the boiler is defective so firefighters come from time to time, no real super hes hard to reach and hes here 20 hours a week max.
