Building is only a couple years old so everything is nice and new. Big living spaces, nice kitchens, located right by the park, quiet street. Super is very helpful and solves issues right away
Walls/floors are somewhat thin, so you hear your upstairs neighbors stomp around which I was a bit surprised with given how new the building is. Kinda far from the subway and other amenities
