Great units, bad amenities
Pros
- Neighbors are amazing - Lobby is maintained and mopped often - Units are nice and spacious with lots of storage - Super is responsive and quick - Great spot to be in the neighborhood with parks and playgrounds nearby
Cons
- Washer & Dryer are always broken and theres only two of each! - Basement is disgusting and has huge roaches - Heat didn’t work all winter - Packages stolen ALL THE TIME!!!!!
Advice to the owners
Please invest in your tenants and your building and get new washer and dryers for the basement. They are old, dirty and broken. We have asked for a locked package box and they said it was too expensive. I pay over 30,000 a year in rent. You can afford it.
