- great unique apartment - quiet charming neighborhood - great people

Cons

We are leaving due to concerns of our safety from management negligence. After a fire was caused by the super putting trash under the entrance and a faulty wire, no fire alarms were triggered and the response was horrible from management. After sewage flooding, management denied profressional cleaning and had the super clean with a broom and mop. Clear health code violations. Super will do easy fixes, but management does everything they can to save money and have the worst bed side manners
