Awful experience. I would not recommend this building to anyone.

Pros:
Rent is relatively affordable.
Cons:
Noise level of neighbors and neighborhood. There was a gigantic hole in my ceiling and a flood in my bathroom for a month before it was repaired. Tiny garbage chutes.
Advice to owner:
Address your tenant’s concerns.

Safe, quiet, well- maintained building with good landlords

Pros:
This is a quiet, safe, clean, warm place to come home to. The building is very well-kept and the landlords and staff are great people. If I were to move back to NYC, this is the first place I would call.

Building: Exterior, lobby, hallways, and basement equipped with security cameras. Heat and hot water are great. 2 washers, 2 dryers in basement. Floors, lobby, stairs cleaned regularly, even the garbage chutes are cleaned annually(?). Exterminator comes monthly. Flyers are posted and/or notices distributed to each apartment regarding planned maintenance.

Pets: I love dogs, but I love the quiet that comes from not having them in the building more.

Landlord, Super: Management office is in the building and the superintendent lives on-site. Landlords are very approachable and reasonable. Office manager is very friendly and professional. Superintendent and his wife are lovely people.
Cons:
Political endorsement signs posted outside building during campaign season.
Advice to owner:
Another washer and dryer would be great.
