Pros
The apartments are well priced, huge, and beautiful. Great landlord.
Cons
The building suffered horrible damage from the hotel being built next door. I feel really bad for the owner as i know she is trying her best. But the hotel really screwed her over. Additionally, the hotel comes with a club and club goers and late night bbq stands on the block. It used to be entirely residential and now its disgusting and full of scummy people.
