Review Summary for Eli Zikry
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Eli Zikry highlights significant management challenges. Residents frequently report pest infestations including bed bugs, mice, and roaches, alongside persistent leaks and poor heating systems. Noise levels are a common complaint due to thin walls and lack of privacy between units. The cleanliness and garbage management are often rated poorly, contributing to unpleasant odors and an unkempt environment. While some occupants appreciate location and affordability, most find owner responsiveness slow or combative, further diminishing tenant satisfaction. Overall, renters advise substantial hygiene and maintenance improvements, signaling a need for more attentive and effective property management.

Worse building ever. Cheaply made, can hear when neighbors use microwave etc
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing really comes to mind
Cons:
Heat is included in the electricity and makes electricity bill 150+ every month. Thin walls, can head upstairs neighbor and next door neighbors. Can hear when microwaves from other apartments start/end, can hear when next door neighbor turns showed, no privacy at all and feels like I’m in a room with the other apartments on the same floor as different rooms with the lack
Of privacy. Ants and roaches are frequent in this building
Advice to owner:
Nothing at this point building was made this way
