-You're within a 15-20 minute walk of fun neighborhoods. -Friendly neighbors.
Cons
-The main door/entryway to the building is constantly broken, leading to many thefts and vandalism. -The trash builds up outside the building and it smells and is unpleasant to look at when it is constantly overflowing. -More importantly, the trash leads to pests/vermin in and surrounding the building. -The building has barely been maintained since it was constructed with city funds and its infrastructure is constantly breaking down. There are issues with the AC and Heating systems, boilers, sewage rooms, chipped and flaking paint, fluttering lights, trash on the lobby floor, broken mailboxes. -It is hard to get in touch with management, they are very disorganized and negligent, and repairs take forever/are never ending. -Apartments in the building flood easily. -Appliances, such as stoves, ovens, washer/dryers, etc. are all 15+ years old and have issues.
