Nice place with a great super and good management, but expensive
Pros
Great super, always reachable. When things weren't working properly, management would prorate rent.
Cons
Raised the rent an insane amount during lease renewal

Clean and new
Pros
Amazing porter, responsive management, clean common areas, well maintained, video doorman, packages are stored in locked room, furnished roof with unobstructed Manhattan view
Cons
Items go missing from gym, easy to get locked out of your apartment, unreliable handyman if something breaks, cannot drill into walls

Allow pets on leases
