Clean and quiet
Pros
Never saw any pests, and a maintenance guy came weekly to clean up outside and take care of the trash. If you reach out to the landlord, he's usually quick to respond and willing to work on issues. The area is very quiet, and everyone in the building is respectful.
Cons
While there was a maintenance man, he definitely does not know how to fix everything, and the landlord would have to be pushed to hire outside help. Multiple times, the landlord said someone would be coming to fix an issue, and no one would come or they'd come hours later than originally said. The front door stopped closing gently, and it took months to be fixed. Packages are easily stolen. There is only a tiny mailbox outside (and if it rains, your mail will be ruined), so all packages are either left on the stoop (and stolen) or tossed inside the entryway. Regular mail was either delivered to the mailbox or left inside in a pile on the stairs. The buzzer system does not work.
Advice to the owners
Install a better mail system and fix the buzzer.
