Pros:
the kitchen was nice
Cons:
rats, roaches, landlord is insane. screams in the hallway every morning. barges into apartments. doesn't fix anything. tries to scam for extra rent money.

No intercom
Heat fluctuates
Roaches & mice
Lack of pest control/exterminator
Electric bill is high because of heat problems
Advice to owner:
Sell the property.
