This building is.. well..

Pros

Nice location by the train.

Cons

Elevator doesn’t work very often. Superintendent is an irresponsible fool who doesn’t try to fix anything in a proper amount of time. Roaches in the basement. Hard to see the building door code screen when it’s sunny out. The fire detector goes off every time you’re cooking as well.

Advice to the owners

Stop being lazy & learn how to fix things that are broken if you’re running the property & stop scheduling things for repair & then cancelling last minute.
