renter beware!! bad management

Location is nice
Cons
- Construction next door is constant and loud, well past completion date and keeps going - TONS of mice, rats and & cockroaches in building... Landlord does not address the issue despite multiple requests. - mosquito problem is severe due to pooling water in neighbor’s unkept backyard - Landlord is extremely unresponsive and has not fixed any safety concerns or easy fixes during our whole tenancy - Heat was controlled by our downstairs neighbor and it is inconsistent throughout the building so we are either freezing or too hot constantly
