Well maintained and comfortable building - I loved living here!

Pros

The super and his family were the kindest people. I never heard my neighbors so the building felt The roof and gym were great amenities and well maintained

Cons

I wish that the roof had umbrellas, it is hard to spend time there during the day in the summer because it gets SO hot. The mail & package room was such chaos, it would be so helpful to have set places for packages to go by floor or something

Overall pretty decent

Pros

Good amount of space Amazing private balconies and shared rooftop Parking garage underneath was super convenient Supers were nice Screens on the windows

Cons

Washer/dryers were not good and expensive Had a massive black mold issue they ignored for awhile and eventually had to cut out half the wall
