In unit washer dryer & new(ish) shower head

- Property Management is inept. Never responded to any of our texts or emails, would have to follow up over ten times to get a response, which wouldn't come in for at least a month - Bugs. Bathroom was filled with drain fly larvae + drain flies. Occasional cockroach as well. Wouldn't have been as bad, however, property management never answered our requests for exterminators. - Packages stolen: The front door did not always close properly, and there is no secure package room, so random people could waltz in the front door and steal whatever they wanted.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive, take better care of the building and install better security measures for the front door.

No pros, terrible place to live.
Cons
Worst management ever. We had no hot water for a week in the middle of winter and had radio silence from management. They would go weeks without responding to our requests, and were rude and incompetent. The walls were also razor thin, AC units would leak, and the elevator would constantly break.
Advice to the owners
Worst management I’ve ever dealt with.
