management not always responsive

Pros

-studio apartment has 5 windows -building clean (although the some of the tenants are not)

Cons

-no laundry room (it was promised in 2019) - management and agency staff are not always responsive (esp. the accounting staff, and occasionally the building manager) - the accounting staff makes mistakes - not all residents have rugs in their apartments (esp. the tenants above me!). - garbage is on each floor - thus some of the residents just pile the garbage in the small room (tenants can't go to the basement)

Advice to the owners

- install a laundry room - keep the empty basement clean - minimize boxes/storage to avoid water bugs and mice infestation (or have fumigation more often) - post on the agency websites email addresses or info on who to contact when there are questions or clarification needed. - give 24 hour notice (with times and text/email contact) of when a staff person from management plans to come in to resolve an issue. -
