Terribly insulated and so expensive to heat. Keep that thermostat LOW.

Great location, landlord quickly responds to inquires, good rent.

Cons

Door sometimes wouldn’t shut properly at main entrance, people could come in and take packages. graffiti, old paint and appliance. A bit run down.
