Overall Nice Apartmant
Pros
Nice management team, can be hard to get a hold of sometimes but overall theyve tended to our needs. Fair renewal price when I’ve heard horror stories at other places.
Cons
During the summer we see cockroaches and other bugs daily. Street noise can be VERY loud but that’s not the landlords fault
Advice to the owners
Better pest control, but overall very happy with them

Building and apartment were in good condition
Pros
Good heat and hot water, quite building, some pests but building had exterminator come every few weeks.
Cons
Management company will use every trick in the book to extort you. They are not friendly and only see you as a walking dollar sign.

Kindness and understand go a long way
