meh for the price

Pros

great neighborhood but that's about it.

Cons

fake cctv in the lobby, shitty and dismissive superintendent and management company. broken washers. thin floors and walls and being between these car rentals means it's noisy all the time. and this particular street is really dirty. they're really stingy with the heat and insulation is terrible.

Pros

I love the location and it is pretty well maintained. They are excellent at pest control.

Cons

My apartment is TINY. It only fits a futon and the rent is way too high. It is freezing in the winter.

Advice to the owners

Lower the rent for these freezing, tiny studios.
