ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIVE HERE

Pros:
Great location, laundry in basement, very clean and super is great
Cons:
Absolutely do not ever live here as a renter. The board (yes, the board - not the landlord/shareholder of your unit) will make your life a living hell and force you out of the building even if you have 0 complaints/violations and history of paying rent on time. This has resulted in a massive headache and financial burden.
