Def gentrifying the area, pretty clean, no issues with trash removal
Cons
Finishings are pretty chip esp tub/sink and chip easily, overall bathroom design a bit annoying, had leaks in our bathroom and owner always fast to fix, though some issues like electricity going off when we first moved in before we even plugged in were dismissed as us plugging too many things in. The garage is perma never finished because likely this building is having structure/power issues requiring rental generator power units in the garage. Also we had dishwasher problems where it does not clean all items especially on the bottom rack, manager came in and took a look said we were overloading dishwasher and left despite us showing some loosened pieces we were hoping they would figure out. Anyway we had been hand washing dishes and using the washer as a drying rack, so some small interactions we have had have been kind of dismissive.
Advice to the owners
Need 24/h access to packages, updates to what is actually happening to the buildings power problem.
