Pros

Heating is fine, location is great

Cons

The only good thing about this building is the square footage. But it is falling apart, repairs are shoddy/just don't happen. Cockroaches aren't terrible but are constant, especially in the winter, like at least weekly sighting. Neighbors are fine, but you can hear everything in the building. Landlord responsiveness is non-existant. Can't get maintenance people onsite at convenient times, and for DAYS, even for issues such as leaks and plumbing. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone

Old and poorly maintained building

Rooftop and some nice neighbors (not all though)

Cons

Roaches and other bugs in the lobby/apartment, paint peeling off the walls and doors, light/electricity issues, variances in monthly rent paid by tenants, unreliable maintenance team/landlord.
