Pros

Large apartments with lots of living space. that was really the only plus

Cons

Did not get deposits back landlords never respond had to pay for mice and roach prevention out of pocket front door worked only 50% of time back yard area flood hazard trash right in the middle of building and never gets cleaned construction next door created loose wall bricks and large amounts of dust

So many roaches

Pros

Units are relatively nice sizes, some have updated finishes, neighbors are generally cool (except the guy who has lived there for 20+ years on the second floor and his apartment is FILTHY and can't be evicted for unknown reasons)

Cons

Soooo many roaches because the garbage is on the main floor inside of the building and some tenants are not clean
