Good Value, Meh Everything Else

Free laundry in the basement, rent stabilized, great rooftop views, dishwashers in unit, spacious living areas/bedrooms

Cons

Only one washer/dryer in basement, through wall heat/ac units that can't be cleaned, slow response from management, no tubs just shower, no windows in living rooms, no closets in bedrooms.
