A Great Building

Pros

- Kind doormen, leasing office, and super - pet friendly - maintenance is handled quickly, elevators rarely have issues

Cons

- the amenities are not great, a very small gym and common area is all that’s available - units have some small issues

Love, but don’t forget your key!

Pros

Amazing concierge- all of them Coffee machine is back up everyday :) Super nice neighbors

Cons

$50 fee if you mistakenly forget your key Washer been broke for a month now and have been paying to use units downstairs Pet friendly building yet can’t have dogs out back despite hangout on roof

Advice to the owners

$50 fee for the spare key usage is robbery. I’ve been to numerous buildings in the area and not one has this problem. Also, 2 lounge spots for tenants but it’s a problem for the dogs to run out back when it’s a pet friendly building?
