Where do I start!? Willowick Property LLC is an absolute JOKE of a company, I cannot even begin to explain how terrible the experience has been dealing with them. They required we put down two months worth of our security deposit (this is illegal) and then tried to screw us out of our security deposit in it’s entirety. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls, etc. I literally had to ask our super to contact their team because of the lack of communication. Please PLEASE do yourself a favor and find another property management company - the headache of having to deal with their incompetent team was so miserable.
Advice to the owners
Hire professionals - it is UNPROFESSIONAL when I’ve emailed your team, followed up multiple times, etc. and they don’t respond. Stop trying to scam tenants out of their money. Ensure you’re aligned with legal practices as you’ve been in multiple violations of the NYC Housing Tenant Act. Again, very concerning.
