Short review for 120 W 121st St
Pros
- Proximity to 125th St and the 2/3 trains, Whole Foods, and smaller parks. - Safe neighborhood (apartment is in front of an elementary school). - Washer / dryer in building and some furnished units. - Owner / landlord is very responsive and easy to work with.
Cons
- For Columbia University students, may be a bit far from campus (~20-25 min walk). - Stairwell may feel a bit steep. - If you work from home, elementary school can be a bit loud around lunchtime.
