Great area, it was sooo close to the L and G
The owner is a perv. He specifically brings in young women only. He has assaulted physically numerous woman that have lived here over the years. Also if you have a lease that goes month to month after a year, he will randomly hike the rent $100's of dollars one month out of no where.
