Cons
Building can get very loud with both neighbors and street noise. Third-floor apartment ceiling feels extremely thin (fourth floor appears to be a new addition), so you hear every tiny scrape and footstep from the neighbors above. Building security needs improvement as you frequently encounter non-tenants sitting on the stairs smoking weed, drinking, and leaving garbage everywhere. Built-in cooling/heating units draw a ton of power, be ready for ConEd bills in excess of $400/month.

- close to the trains (J/L/M/Z) - bars & restaurants
Cons
- they never fixed anything including the cctv in the hallway. - took them WEEKS to repair the hoe in the hallway. - the trash is always in a disarray and never maintained. - they harass you & threaten you via email & phone calls - they will raise the rent. more than the legal amount. - they will give out your information without your consent. - will have realtors call you at all times of the day and night even attempt to enter your apartment when you're not there.
