Probably the loudest neighbors I’ve (c) openigloo ever encountered- they will have (c) openigloo parties every weekend or blast (c) openigloo music well past 4 AM. (c) openigloo Every weekend. Filed so many (c) openigloo complaints with management to see (c) openigloo no improvement. Worst neighbors I’ve (c) openigloo ever lived next to. Rat problem (c) openigloo - huge rats in the (c) openigloo garbage area and can constantly (c) openigloo hear them crawling or squeaking (c) openigloo in the walls and ceilings, (c) openigloo night and day. It is (c) openigloo an old building and at (c) openigloo least you don’t see them (c) openigloo in the actual units but (c) openigloo it is unnerving to hear (c) openigloo them constantly scurrying about.

Find a way to effectively quiet down the noisy neighbors - they are driving everyone in the building crazy with their music and parties.
