Slow to address issues and still have issues 9-12 months in.

-Newer finishes, modern designs -plenty of laundromat within 1-2 block radius -I'm the test dummy, your not
Cons
-Can take weeks to address issues -New building but never inspect/test to verify everything works (i.e. leaks, heater, filters) -Not 1 closet -Smell you neighbor delicious food -Inadequate insulation around the window area even with it closed -Not energy efficient compare to comparable properties and average uses (Average $100-190) with minimum use at night and weekends. -Landlord will always try to get you to work to their schedule and will be "busy" all the other times aka 2 weeks ago

Cons
Technically you’re on the 3rd floor but door will say 2X , etc. Somewhat thin walls(can sometimes hear neighbor through the wall) No oven Landlord always has a “busy schedule” and may reply after a few days
