Great apartments for the price

Pros

Spacious units for the price; responsive and personal family based landlords who are based out of the lobby; generally well maintained with occasional issues; smaller building with friendly neighbors; no idea where the heat is coming from, but our 2nd floor apartment has never been below 70 degrees so far in the winter despite multiple very cold days and not turning on the PTAC unit heat. Management also replaced our A/C in the summer due to it not cooling the unit and no problems after that.

Cons

Noise from the bridge; laundry in building is nice amenity but the actual washers/dryers (especially the dryers) aren’t the best and often dont dry despite running multiple times

Advice to the owners

None really. Thanks!

review from 2+ yr tenant, loved living here overall

Pros

- very soundproof walls - responsive management - building kept very clean - never seen bugs in-unit (except for the occasional fly)

Cons

- packages occasionally stolen (old intercom system instead of app etc, so people often let in strangers) - traffic noise from the bridge ramp exit and nearby hospitals
