Building is fine--clean, neighbors are quiet and nice, it's not crumbling beneath our feet. Overall I would say living here was a 3/10 on the scale of apartment terribleness where 0 is "vaguely annoying" and 10 is "my landlord committed crimes against humanity upon me and my family"
Cons
Jack Garber the contact from management is my mortal enemy. It takes crawling on your knees 100 miles through the desert to get in contact with him and then it will be approx. 8 business weeks before anything happens.

-Terrible communication from the building management and super -nasty building and nasty staircase -nothing ever gets fixed no matter how much you complain -management never responses to emails or phone calls -building manager is extremely unprofessional
