Don’t Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was in a fine location.
Cons:
There are only two heating units in the unit I lived in. They were incredibly inefficient, so much so our heating bill for the month of January was $700. When the management was contacted they said it “wasn’t astronomical” and “not their job”. It was also incredibly buggy and generally a horrible place to live.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect! And get better heating systems.

This building and landlord seriously kicks ass
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’m serious. not fucking around. i’m like nervous this sounds like someone asked me to write this but no joke dave dennis is the best fucking landlord in this goddamn city. all his buildings are top notch and he’s the best dude around. seriously never heard of a better landlord. check his site out speaktodave.com i know his places are a little on the expensive end but seriously worth it. never had roaches, bugs, critters. he’s easy going, no stress when deciding, if you want an open unit it’s yours, and man idk he’s a dj / deadhead when he’s not landlording. just hit him up. i’ll be renting from him until the day i can own.
Cons:
the neighbors are becoming a little eye-rolly “bushwick artist” types but that’s a con of the neighborhood not the building i guess
Advice to owner:
keep ok truckin
