Good Building and Attentive Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really nice building with great neighbors. I love my apartment, save a few hiccups, but they're more than manageable. If there are issues, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. In-building laundry has also been nice to have. Landlord has also worked with us on rent increases if we push back.
Cons:
Small stuff here and there. Sometimes there are issues with the laundry machines. Operating the electric heating system can be difficult and spotty in the winter, but never too bad. Also, the noise coming from Flatbush Ave can be annoying at times.

Wonderful find in Park Slope!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, well-kept, big apartments. Convenient location. Landlords really take good care of the place and are so lovely to talk to. A gem.
Cons:
Right in Flatbush, so a little loud from one side.

Best landlord experience in NY so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's only two units so it feels very private and quiet. There's outdoor space. The location is great. The maintenance staff was very responsive.
Cons:
Rent is quite high for the size and I think it's mainly because of the outdoor space.

Great landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well kept building. Nothing fancy but very nice. Landlords were responsive when something needed to be fixed or replaced. Rent increases were reasonable, and typically below the market-wide increases.
Cons:
Lived there for multiple years and still never had a mailbox installed. Mail was left on the steps (inside). That's about all I can think of. Everything else was great.
Advice to owner:
No major advice.

Good bldg but insane rent increase is forcing my move
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, convenient, no bugs as garbage cans are outside, beautiful apt
Cons:
Noisy. Downstairs apt has outdoor space with historically young renters who make noise. Also can hear neighbors music and talking anything higher than in a normal voice

Expensive but good quality
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovations were done well, management is very responsive, nice back patios, and the location is awesome
Cons:
Can be expensive relatively, stray cats will hang out on the patio and sometimes make noise at night
Advice to owner:
Would be nice if the two patios connected
