THE SIDEWALK SHED HAS BEEN UP FOR OVER A DECADE. THE WATER TANK IS FALLING APART ON THE ROOF AND OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS. THE FACADE IS FALLING APART. THERE IS A LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINER ON 88TH AND WEST END THAT THE BUILDING HAS KEPT THERE FOR YEARS. THIS BUILDING HAS TOTAL NEGLECT

SEE ABOVE. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!!

Great location good sized apartments friendly staff
Cons
Landlord is fraudulent. Illegal practices and renovations. Please check to see if your apartment is stabilized before moving in and paying these outrages prices as this landlord has definitely illegally destabilized apartments
