I loved living at The Edge; clean, safe, great people

Pros

Clean, well-run building; spacious apartments; never lost a package (safe system with the doormen and package check-ins) and THE BEST DOORMAN (shoutout Lou!!!)

Cons

- It's a condo, not rent-stabilized like Level next door. Renters may want to be aware of that before signing as landlords can hike rents out of nowhere. - Some apartments had issues with mice, I think maybe in the South Tower more than the North (I was north, never had a personal issue)
