I really loved the space, the residential neighborhood, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment.
It was a little noisy but I liked to think of it as the joy of the neighborhood. The laundry room only had one washer and one dryer, which made things inconvenient, especially when people left their laundry in for an extended period of time.
Add more laundry units downstairs.
