Super is great, stabilized apartments, elevator, nice area

Cons

Landlord lies about exterminator and neighbors can be loud depending on the floor my floor is ok. I miss the old landlord

Pretty barebones living

Pros

Rent stabilized and the super is great. The area isn’t the most exciting a few blocks around but the garden is always nice

Cons

Neighbors are pretty loud and inconsiderate and the pest control isn’t great. Landlord is a bit shady and there are zero amenities if you’re not in a renovated unit
