Big Pros, Big Cons

Pros

My unit is a new build out, new appliances, nice flooring. Great natural light through west-facing windows. Generally quiet street. Perfect location for train and park access.

Cons

Extremely inadequate noise insulation between units. My upstairs neighbor plays music 24/7 (not exaggerating!!) and management has not been successful at improving the situation. Rodent and pest activity in units. Poorly timed extermination services.
