Good to Better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Entire building was gut renovated during so all the apartments were updated. Landlord was always quick to respond and take care of repairs. Smaller quiet building and I always felt safe inside.
Cons:
Previous owner skimped on updating the building so there were issues with AC leaking through the ceiling and walls not being insulated well making it hard to keep apartment warm or cold in extreme temps. However, new owner is aware of these things and works diligently to right any wrongs.
Advice to owner:
More of the same for the most part. The building/apartment wasn’t perfect but I don’t think any in the city are.

Overpriced Trash Bin
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the train and a lot of food options
Cons:
There is fly and ant infestations, the door sometimes doesn’t lock. There are homeless people who dig, shoot up, and sleep infront of the door. It always stinks in the walk way because it’s not being cleaned and management is not responsive. There is mold all throughout my apartment and flies comes through the acc unit
